Returns & Refunds Policy
Return and refund policy is provided for products and services provided by TechZone Academy.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased;
TUTORING AND WORKSHOPS
Upon purchase of ‘One-Off’ casual, ‘term subscription’, workshop or tutoring, you are committed to the purchase Eg: One off casual service, week/s term subscription.
Request for Refund can only be made in writing to TechZone Academy at least 10 days before the commencement of a course or workshop.
TechZone Academy will carefully consider only special requests and a refund will be considered and may be granted by TechZone Academy for compassionate reasons only. Such reasons can include sudden illness and misadventure.
Refunds for subscription service and workshops will not be granted simply due to change of mind.
Should a student be enrolled in package (term subscription) workshops or courses, no refund will be granted in the event of cancellation or withdrawal on any part of the package after the commencement of the first course.
